Meet the Staff

Diane

I have worked at Dr. Ogata’s office since almost the beginning of time. I am responsible for all financial, managerial, and insurance duties for our office. I work with patients and parents to achieve a financial contract that is tailored to their budget and insurance benefits. Assisting people with making their orthodontic treatment a reality is the best part of my job! My passions outside the office include skiing and hiking on the slopes of Crystal Mountain or the trails of Mt. Rainier. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Bill, our two children, five grandchildren, and two dogs. They all keep me on my toes!

Roxie

I joined Orthodontics on the Plateau in 2005. As our new patient and treatment coordinator, I get to welcome new patients into our fantastic office, show them around, and make them feel comfortable as they begin their orthodontic journey. I really enjoy establishing a good relationship with our patients and their families as I assist Dr. Ogata during initial exams and follow-up appointments. When I’m away from the office, my husband, Doug, and I enjoy spending time with our three children, two beautiful grandkids, and exploring the wonderful state of Washington.

Alyssa

I have worked with Dr. Ogata since the summer of 2010 as an orthodontic assistant. While at work, I enjoy helping our patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. My favorite part of my job is getting to know our patients during their time in our office. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my son, Darren. During the summer months I do a lot of camping with my family, four-wheeling, and going to the lake.

Tara

I joined Dr. Ogata’s team in April of 2011 and have worked in the field of orthodontics since 2004. I enjoy being able to take part in creating beautiful new smiles and watching self-confidence grow in every patient we see. I recently moved to the Bellevue area from Salt Lake City, UT. When I’m not working or in school, I enjoy training for marathons, volunteering for my church and in the community, cooking and baking, and playing with my family and friends.

Kailenne

As one of our newest team members, I have truly enjoyed creating relationships with each and every patient in our practice while improving their confidence by giving them a beautiful smile. I moved to Seattle from Spokane four years ago. Outside the office I love attending Seahawks and Sounders games with my husband, Dan, and spending time with family and our two wiener dogs, Hercules and Rooney.

Jennie

I am the newest member of Dr. Ogata’s front office team. My children have been patients of Dr. Greg for the past four years and I have always loved the welcoming feel of this practice. I feel very fortunate to work with our delightful team and hope to provide a wonderful experience for every patient I meet. Even though I’ve only worked here a short time, I feel like it’s my home because many of our patients go to school, church, or play sports with my children, Xander, Lilly, and Lucy. When I’m not with my kids or husband, Dan, I enjoy digging in my garden.
